Yunia DeMicco-Nadler was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2014, and to the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in April 2015. Mrs.
DeMicco-Nadler is a trial lawyer whose primary areas of practice consist of Workers’
Compensation and Family Law. Before becoming an attorney, Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler
obtained her Adjuster’s license in 1994, and worked as a licensed Workers’ Compensation Adjuster and later as the Assistant Manager at F.A. Richard &
Associates, managing Workers Compensation claims for governmental entities and
Municipalities.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern
University, Shepard Broad College of law in 2013. While there, she received the
CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in the class.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler is currently a member of the South Palm Beach and Broward
County Bar Associations and has devoted countless hours and resources working pro-bono on behalf of the poor and underprivileged families seeking assistance through the Legal Aid Service of Broward County.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler’s extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation, which
spans throughout 30-years, makes her uniquely qualified to handle all aspects of this highly complex area of law. In addition to Workers’ Compensation, Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler has a passion for Family Law and subscribes to a non-judicial approach for reaching a peaceful resolution of issues involving dissolution of marriage and time-sharing disputes.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler was born in Cuba and currently resides in Palm Beach County,
where she enjoys spending time with her family.
