As a Family Law Paralegal, you will assist our attorneys with various family law cases, including divorce, alimony, paternity, child custody, domestic violence, time-sharing, and property division. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and drafting documents, conducting interviews, researching and verifying information, obtaining and preparing evidence, E-filing, scheduling hearings and other events, and updating clients.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least three years of experience working as a paralegal in family law. Additionally, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as we serve a diverse clientele.
